paid holidays
You can take 20 days of paid leave a year from the date of employment. The leave that could not be taken can be carried over to the next year up to 20 days each year.

Reduced working hours

Childcare leave acquisition rate
The rate of employees who wish to take childcare leave is 100% every year! Most of the staff take continuous leave before and after childbirth. Teikyo University offers two courses for administrative staff: the Staff Course and the Management Course. The Staff Course is a course in which you are responsible for the smooth running of your organization through administrative tasks and improvement work in your affiliated organization. Grades range from S1 to S5. S3 and above are expected to contribute by utilizing in-depth knowledge and skills in a specific field. The Management Course is a course in which you are responsible for organizational management aimed at achieving business plans and organizational goals, as well as leading cross-disciplinary and cross-organizational initiatives.
