Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare Education and Training Benefit System
The Education and Training Benefits System is a system that provides a portion of the cost of attending education and training designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare to applicants upon completion of the education and training designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, with the aim of supporting workers' independent ability development and career formation, and promoting employment stability and job hunting. After completing a course at this Graduate School that is designated as eligible for the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's Education and Training Benefits System (General Education and Training Benefits), individuals who meet certain conditions, such as the period of insured under employment insurance, can apply to Hello Work to receive the benefit (this is not a procedure that must be completed before enrollment).
